The half acre parcel will require more time and effort to mow than the 1 acre parcel.

This is based on the median lawn size in the area with typical property features. Services provided at this price point include mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
A healthy lawn requires more than a weekly mowing and watering. It will likely need additional services to develop it to its prime. A unhealthy lawn becomes susceptible to weed invasion, bug & pest nesting, and disease.
